King James Group was established in 1954 and has developed residential and commercial properties throughout Greater Cleveland. Having built over 2,000 single-and-multifamily homes and more than 1,000,000 square feet of office and retail properties, we currently own and operate two office buildings in Westlake, a western suburb of Cleveland. With a wide-ranging background in development, construction and property management, we are particularly interested in redeveloping well-located but underutilized properties through repositioning or adaptive reuse.
